I interned at Nteligen's Columbia, MD office over summer 2017 and this place is pretty cool. They have awesome management, great core values, and a heavy focus on honesty, team collaboration, and fostering leadership opportunities for new employees. Design flexibility and creativity is encouraged and challenged in the workplace, but be prepared to back up your ideas. People are friendly/super chill and the environment is relaxed, plus they have food trucks twice a week which can't be missed out on. The CDS industry also has interesting work in software eng. and security, and I thought my intern project was really fascinating. Overall, they're a great small, fast-growing tech contractor in MD that's definitely worth the time/energy to work for.

There can be wireless or systems issues in the office, but the IT team is also great about jumping on board and fixing those. Bring a jacket in the winter because their building likes to jack the AC :)
