Small startup atmosphere means lots of fast pace change. It’s not for everyone.

I went from being miserable working for Google to living a completely different life working at Narwhal. Working remotely let me travel the world. In the time I've been working here I've traveled to 6 different states and 4 different countries. Working under Victor Savkin and Jeff Cross could not be more rewarding. Both are incredible human beings. Warm, insightful, and best all humble. I will never have better bosses than these two human beings.

As a contractor, sometimes you will be working under people who you don't like as much as your co-employees at Narwhal. That largely can't be helped. Such is the life of a contractor. Additionally, you often pour your heart and soul into a project for a number of months and have to emotionally let it go when that client contract ends. Again, such is the life of a contractor.
