Pros
First off There are great people at this company but you have the find them!! The company owner is AMAZING - you will definitely feel welcomed! However, depending on what dept you work in and who your manager is will depend on your happiness at this company! When I first began working here I LOVED MY JOB! LOVED IT!! However, that supervisor left, and from that point everything went downhill.
Cons
No matter how well you do at this company… YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKED! You will almost NEVER be promoted and have to beg for a raise - that you barely get! One day they love you - the next day they don’t …no matter how much you’re gaslighted do not believe the hype! ALOT OF MANUAL WORK AND NO GOOD TRAINING FOR YOUR ROLE!! You need to have critical thinking to find your own way through!! KEEP A DOCUMENTED PAPER TRAIL OF ANY & EVERYTHING SAID TO YOU! Several snakes in the grass hidden under management titles! When you decide to stand up for yourself that’s when you will be thrown to the wayside! DO NOT PUT YOUR ALL INTO YOUR JOB! There are better jobs where you will be appreciated & valued and paid your worth !
