Cons
No kind of benefits. Never said when you will accrue PTO or Sick pay. One staff couldn’t wait to get a new job. The supervisor that trained me didn’t really do a great job. The owner is a micro manager. Only sees it his way. Worst company ever worked for. If you work for the warehouse you are valued a little more than inside office staff.
