NowCare was a great place to work for the benefits. I had 24/7/365 access to a network of around 10 medical providers (including the owner), as well as above average flexibility with my schedule.

NowCare can be very demanding. There is some internal division that splits the workforce into 2 essentially. They also hire family/friends to fill open positions first and if that doesn't work out or the person they put in place fails miserably, only then is management allowed to follow the proper procedure and protocol to bring in new talent.

Great place for people coming out of school to get experience. That's it.

Everything else, there is no consistency with protocol, they hire anyone who may or may not have a medical license. Hire ups dont care, middle and lower managements job was to keep higher ups from finding out about issues. No incentive to do better.
