      Pros

      People doing the work are fine the product could be great but is not getting any love from the managers.

      Cons

      Disagree with the bosses and you are forced to leave. I have seen this happen multiple times The big guys only care about selling the company, not about clients or the product. In other countries we loose all our clients.

      Great atmosphere, all teams work extremely hard for clients and employees. Love working here, love the team and our work makes a difference in the lives of our clients.

      Working remote can be a challenge, but if you stay organized, life is good!

      Travel Flexible office hours Wonder work/life balance Work with International associates Ability to make own schedule

      Complete lack of leadership...no one knows what they are doing and too daft to hire people who do No real vision or end goal Software doesn't work... Most employees don't do anything, but if you work 'the politics', you'll be around for years
