Pros

Great people, good office, there's a chef

Cons

Very weird company. Everyone can freely talk to the CEO and sad to say he listens to those who don't have good intentions. A lot of people create gossip. I heard they hired a new head of off-plan that doesn't have a good reputation in the market. good luck!

Pros

Great office & fully staffed kitchen with 2 inhouse chefs. Very nice company cars but nothing more.

Cons

I worked at NOVVI Properties, and my experience with the company was deeply troubling. The CEO's management style is incredibly toxic. He resorts to yelling, berating, and emotionally abusing his staff when things don’t go his way. Any employee who voices an opinion or challenge is quickly terminated. In my case, I was wrongfully terminated after I refused to sign a document that would have allowed the company to illegally reduce my salary by 33% for the next 7 months. The company also refused to pay me my notice period salary and the remaining leave days, and banned me from entering the office to discuss the matter further. I had no choice but to take legal action to recover what was owed to me, but as of now, I still haven’t received anything. The CEO has no experience in running a company and lacks any trust in his management team, which creates a chaotic and demoralizing work environment. This was a major red flag for me, and I would not recommend working here to anyone. The toxic environment, combined with poor management practices, makes this an unprofessional place to work. I would advise potential employees to look elsewhere.

Pros

Aesthetically pleasing office space Barista and kitchen area available Access to portals

Cons

Zero job security – Top agents randomly placed on “Performance Improvement Programs" to micromanage or push them out Unrealistic discipline – Must be in office before 9:00 AM or you lose access to leads (despite being unpaid, commission-only) Lack of professionalism – Speaking up about issues gets you labelled as negative and makes you a target
