If you value your license and credibility as an esthetician stay far away from this company. You'll feel more like a car salesman than a skincare professional. Greedy owners and management. Audio and video surveillance in every treatment room so management can listen to your sales pitches all day. You'll be performing a 30 minute service (out of a 90 minute appointment) using cheap/defective equipment from dhgate or aliexpress while pitching an insanely priced monthly membership. They trap clients with their memberships, and if they wish the cancel, they have to pay several thousand dollars. Extremely high turnover rate due to the company culture. They run this place like a prison. Unless you like being micromanaged and watched like a hawk, protect your sanity and your ethics and stay away from Novuskin "med spa".
