Pros
It’s an organisation where employers are addressed as parasites and treated like prisoners. I have no hesitation in saying that prisoners enjoy more freedom and respect than employers in this organisation. I read it in one of the reviews that the company is slow in weeding out the negative people.. The most negative people are the one who are working in this organisation since inception. I wish i could erase the bad memories I had while working for this organisation. The several instances when I was subjected to mental torture are still fresh in my mind. I was never treated so badly in my life
Cons
To start with I would like to share an unpleasant incident when a colleague of mine who was suffering from dengue visited the office asking for 10 days off as she/he was critically ill and she was advised bed rest by the doctor. Instead of showing some empathy she/he was immediately asked to resign. A conversation with your colleague while having lunch is considered a sin if you utter a single word in Hindi. You will be rebuked for speaking in hindi and they consider it as cultural transgression. Firing people for no reason is a norm. There is so much negativity in the environment and the same is induced by the incompetent leadership. I pray for the well being of all my brothers and sisters planning to join this organisation. During my stay at the organisation I never came across a happy employee. They deduct large part of your salary as performance compensation which is supposed to be paid at the end of the year. They use 2 tools to avoid paying you your dues. They will extend your probation so that you wont be entitled to receive your dues. In most of the cases you would be fired immediately before your compensation is due. The only thing which the management does is to keep an eye on you. You are monitored everywhere. The food you eat, the clothes you wear, bottles you use to drink water, number of tissue paper while having lunch, the amount of time you take to finish your lunch. I still have so many scars on my soul. It was a mental trauma which I suffered for an year. I would have left but I continued working as I was in need and I had to look after my family.
