Many. 1) unsupportive manager. No appreciation or even acknowledgment of work and time you invest. All your hard work will go down the drain if you’re not praising your manager and other employees all the time. You need to be very social and have a people pleasing personality to survive. 2) favouritism. 3) terrible place to work if you’re from a different culture and ethnicity. They won’t make you feel welcomed and heard. Making you feel small and unwanted time to time. 4) after all your hard work, time, dedication, working overtime and making your work your life, they can conveniently tell you that you’re not good enough for the job and make you feel like pos.
