      Pros

      They did pay well and provided some high end car washes to make some money. Great technicians who did flawless work so you could back up your sales pitch.

      Cons

      3 weeks until you get your first pay check. Sometimes I wasn't sure if I was going to get paid. Rent at the car washes was often late making the sales team look bad.

      Smaller but more knowledgable than the competition. Willing to do vehicles others avoid. Great people

      May not have the support at the exact moment you need it, but it will come.
