Nepotism and favoritism would imply unfair advantage given to own family members. There have been no family member hired at the company. This casts doubt on the credibility of the entire feedback.
Employee benefits include but are not limited to weekly and monthly performance bonus, hardship funds, loan, full medical insurance for employee and family, festive bonus, attendance to local and international conferences and seminars, fully funded support towards events such as Umrah etc. All current employees are fully satisfied. Those who left the company, did so either due to personal reasons or could not follow company and team discipline by being continually late or absent from work.
