1) Please join the company if you would like to experience being led by a bunch of incompetent Managers who take credits for your good work and put all the blames on you when things go wrong. 2) It is utterly ridiculous that a science-based company still believe in superstition. For example, number 4 is prohibited on their tablet marking for the reason it brings bad luck and eventually cause death if consumed. 3) Their core values change from year to year. It seems like they can't finalize the actual core values of the company. Try and ask the employees over there. Pretty sure they are clueless of what the core values are. 4) In official meetings, they instill the belief that they are open to critics and discussion regarding any issues in the name of Candor value. In reality, whatever you try to bring into discussion will backfire and will not be resolved. 5) Hate to see fake appreciations on social media portraying like it's the best place to work with all those recognitions and awards given to employees. Only people who have been there truly understand the actual situation. Giving meaningless certificates doesn't really work to motivate your employees. 6) Not only employees come and go. Even their entire HR department is changed every year. What does it mean to you? Yes. Bad management.
