Workload is horrific. The managers overpromise deliverables to the client and put the burden of hitting those impossible targets on you. Since you work from home there is no start and end of the day, you just work until you have enough done that you can get something else done the next day. You are made to feel guilty about taking days off, and sometimes days off become work days "because thats the way it is and the needs of the business come first"!?
