      Very good pay! You can work with different cultures and visit different countries.

      Cons

      Very Political, doesn't matter who you are, just who you know. The company values (TEO) just applies to part of the team.

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
