      Pros

      Good environment and great place to develop my technical and engineering skills. It also allowed me to develop business administration skills such as leadership and project management.

      Cons

      The company has decentralized administration and each project was free to take its decision. Even though it is good sometimes, it carries some problems because there is no a unit among the projects.

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
