      Private Pension PLan. School for the children. 30% of your base salary for house allowance (minimmum 6.500 soles/month)

      Cons

      Not be able to settle down in a place for at least 5 years, One is always moving around the world like a machine. The culture is well disseminated, but poorly used in the daily basis. Salary does not increase in the same pace as the growing challenges we are offered.

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
