      Pros

      Tries to be a good company. Paid well, Occasionally someone from the home office/country would breeze through and grace us with there presence.

      Cons

      Procedures not always followed, so far away from home office/country. Office arrangement was terrible, and they didn't try to make it better. An ad hoc group of employees, didn't always work well together

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
