      Interesting Projects Nice co-workers on the team

      Cons

      Management is abysmal, they act like chickens with their heads cut off, running around with no plan. The structure is held together by one or two managers babysitting their reports AND their superiors. The other review what talks about the layoffs and how that situation is 100% accurate.

      the company is growing and learning along the way. as a startup i think its important to remember that there are problems in an early environment but the company is working hard to over come these issues. I really like working here.

      Cons

      if you don't like changes don't come work here because a lot is changing but for the better. we also have downtime so if you don't like that then you won't be happy here.
