Ego massaging of Danish folks is the skill they look for. If you good at it you will get promotions, perks, rewards etc. you will be hired and treated like their personal servant and nothing more. The existing employees are not good for anything, this been staying there as a last resort. No appreciation or respect for the knowledgeable person. The so called Heads are good for nothing other than playing dirty politics. Think multiple times before going for this company if you are ambitious
