Pay is meh, no annual raises other than some change for a col, little room for growth in the company, job can be very physically demanding with poorly designed manufacturing processes that can often create an unsafe working environment. Machines are extremely loud, and poorly maintained, sanitation in the facility is nearly non existent. Massive employee turnaround due mostly to the reasons I’ve mentioned.
