      Pay and schedule. You get 3 and 4 days off alternating

      Cons

      It's really monotonous, you don't even get to operate your machine all day. You have to alternate operating and putting bags into boxes every break.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
