      Pros

      The shift leader was amazing. The people I worked with were also very helpful. I enjoyed my time at this job. and would work for this company again given the opportunity.

      Cons

      My cell lead was never around to help me understand the things I didn't already know about my machine. So I quit.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
