      Rotating schedule, if you like that schedule

      Cons

      Turnover rate is high. Machines arent safe. Management doesnt have a realistic grasp on what goes on, on the plant floors. Little to no maintenance done to the machines. Lack of training for most positions. Moral extremely low due to lack of training and demand on job.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
