      Pros

      Mostly all good in house management except for one. Regional and Plant Manager is Awesome.....

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay scales for Paper Industry which I’m sure makes for the revolving door that’s happening. Health benefits are terrible. I’d rather pay more for better. Shift differential pay between shifts is unheard of and unfair, less warehouse work and less traffic working night hours.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
