      Pros

      The pay and benefits package was above average for the location of this position. Communication between management and employees was very open.

      Cons

      Very un professional work environment, company was at one having financial difficulties and entered chapter 11 bankruptcy, they have since come out of this.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
