      laid back environment friendly /family atmosphere challenging

      Cons

      wages are fairly low for the cost of living, but I have to say well paid for what is expected of you. Not very much room for growth

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
