      The people I work with are great. The plant is good for the area and most of everyone is pleased that it exist.

      Cons

      The Health benefits are not great - but the compensation benefits are excellent.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
