      Very short sighted metrics at plant level Corporate merging with Pactiv has led to increased bureaucracy, was already very high Capex investment has declined each year I've been at the plant

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
