Pros

Great working environment with lots of resources within the company. The company is rapidly growing which presents a good potential for employees's future growth and promotion within the company. Working with different professionals (i.e., finance, construction and marketing) which makes our work dynamic and fun.

Cons

Fast paced work environment so sometimes you may hectic especially when you try to look for immediate help, however, there are plenty of resources within the company as long as you actively seek out.

Pros

Very little was positive about working here. There are a few employees who are absolutely fantastic people and they are the only saving grace to working there.

Cons

The CEO and COO are horrible people. They will yell at you in front of others in meetings, they conveniently forget saying things when it appears they could be in the wrong, they actively encourage a toxic culture of pitting people against each other, and they almost seem to take joy in making people feel horrible. Their behavior is passed along to upper management, who almost seems to be worse to the people reporting to them. I would strongly recommend documenting everything. The company likes to use AI to record meetings, but will "forget" to have it or have it stop recording when they are abusing people. If you enjoy having a work/life balance, do not work here. You will get emails and chats at all hours and they will be upset if you are not responding to items. People constantly mention working over 8 hours or working on the weekends. HR is not your friend here. During my time there I was aware of 7 people getting fired or quitting and several of them mentioned the culture as the reason why. If you are not a yes man who enjoys abuse by toxic managers who expect you to live to serve them, then I would recommend working anywhere else. The mind games are not worth the pay, I regret working here. Also they don't offer a 401k match, no bonuses, and the health insurance is not the best. And if you want to take PTO, you better be ready to work because they will expect you to keep things moving regardless.
