Good for freshers and can learn tech skills - Software Engineer Novire Technologies Employee Review

I worked in this company for close to 5 years. The amount of learning i got in logistics and Supply chain driven through Software was enormous. Our interactions also used to be with CIO's, unit head, Plant head, Logistics head which made us even wiser and skilled. Because of working in Novire Technologies, today i can proudly say i can crack interview of any company and my resume is one of the best. The environment has a set of many passionate people. One of the greatest thing that we learned here is Customer is GOD and how to respect him. This has changed my overall perception about how to serve your Customer.

If the person is not passionate enough to learn and deliver then he/she will find this organisation has hectic and burdensome.

I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn & explore. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn......Grass root exposure. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. For me, it is the best company to work with who not only motivates but also helps in every manner in all aspects of growth. Totally happy and satisfied. The CEO is highly Lovable & Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team.

Don't give extra importance to non-performers just to be good to all. Can't think of any cons.
