      Pros

      Strong mix of people, really enjoy company events and spending time with the team. Much better office since the move. Have brought a few people into the company.

      Company has doubled in size in 2 1/2 years and some growing pains still being worked through

      Poor system with lot of ambiguities, no one aware how to fix them. This issue boils down poor knowledge sharing.

      High pay - lots of company travel.

      Cons

      -dead end as far as professional growth -management refuses to improve processes to better the employee and client relationships -constant revolving door of 3rd parties.
