      Pay well to get you in the door

      Cons

      They treat employees (pharmacy technician) like tools. They have figured out how to create the least employee friendly work environment in the pharmacy industry. The are so nice when they are trying to recruit you but once you quite your former job they have you under their mercy. Do not make the same mistake I made. Run the other way when they come calling!

      It widened my pharmaceutical knowledge; I assisted with insurance claims, Rx corrections, etc 4-7K Rxs per day.

      Too uniform and boring most days.
