Great technology. Fast response to customer feature requests and new product requests. Currently we have that small team flexibility and atmosphere. It is easy to speak to anyone in the company about any ideas and get fast responses.
Cons
A review of some the current processes to make sure they are ready to scale for the next few years of growth is required.
