i think this place is finally getting better. been here as part of the 'newer class' and heard the past was not so great. but now we are in a good groove. growing. good problems to solve. this place has huge potential!
Cons
i have been never a bit less than 1 year so it is still hard to tell. but there have not been a ton thus far. seems like most are gone. maybe just 1 or 2 bad eggs still around.
