I have really enjoyed working at Novax. The company has a brilliant culture, strong management and a team that genuinely wants you to do well. The management team are supportive, approachable and always willing to help you improve. You are given proper guidance, regular feedback and the tools needed to succeed, but you are also trusted to get on with the job and build your own success. The culture is one of the best things about Novax. It is a hardworking environment, but there is also a real team feel. There are plenty of incentives, nights out, days out and rewards for strong performance, which makes it a really motivating place to work. The commission structure is excellent and gives you a real opportunity to earn well if you put the work in. Progression is also second to none, with clear opportunities to move forward for people who are ambitious and consistent. Overall, Novax is a fantastic place to work for anyone who wants to develop, earn well and be part of a strong, driven team.

Recruitment can be demanding and fast-paced, so it may not suit someone looking for a slow or quiet working environment. You do need to be self-motivated and resilient, as success comes from consistent effort. Some weeks can be busy, but the rewards, culture and support make it worthwhile.
