The City of Novato is a very kind, collegial, and respectful environment. A lot of employee collaboration dedicated to serving the community. Non-public safety employees work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
Cons
None to speak of. Novato is small City with common budget constraints that accompany public service. With approximately 200 employees to serve a population of 55,000, the City does well with finding creative solutions to maintain services for the City.
