Pros

great benefits and pto if you are caucasian and need to intern go here ... they will promote you instantly

Cons

too many people in leadership and not enough people below them. one director can have 2 people reporting to them .... why does a sr director need 4 directors and those 4 directors each have at least 2 reporting to them ... svp likes to see the analysts calendars (FULL ACCESS) --discrimination and they take efficiency as a request to do their jobs as well with no gratitude. --management expresses how what you do is in your job description -- true -- if you merge everyone's job description together --perception is key - make sure you keep your seat warm for 40 hours even if you put in more than 40 it is irrelevant if management does not see a warm body in your seat --promotions are given if you know people. they already have people in mind but still put you through the interview --directors dont know what they are doing so give their jobs to people below them and still disregard the fact that you did their work --performance reviews should be renamed to personal preference reviews --some departments have extremely high turn over rates - in the last two years only one person is left who has been there for 1 year ... yet directors do not question --management worships the ground that the "Csuite" walk on -- make sure you get thorough approval before you talk to them otherwise you will be interrogated
