      In-house developed AMS was good Good carrier relationships Good coworkers Good work home balance

      Cons

      Bad communication from company leadership The only form of marketing I saw was email blasts. No events for agents and barely any engagement. Company encouraged managers not to recommend employees receive high bonuses Health benefits were not good Told to prioritize World Insurance retail agents who did not give us the same level of respect.
