Pros

I met a few great people during my short time at Novara Nice building and peaceful setting on most days

Cons

The unorganized systems, unprofessional people and communication was enough for me to leave. This is a very cut throat business that doesn’t have their act fully together. Things are constantly changing by the day, staff are only able to stand around 3 months of working here before they run out and never look back. My experience here was short, unprofessional and something I’ve never experienced before.

Pros

Leadership team is very experienced. Robert just joined us as Executive Director a few months ago and so many positive changes have occurred as well. I feel like the company keeps setting the bar higher and we have brought on so many experienced people from different parts of the country to help build out the best treatment center.

Cons

Nothing but I do enjoy the positive momentum and growth we continue to experience.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at Novara Recovery Center. The leadership team is genuinely passionate about what they’re building, and it shows in both the culture and the level of care provided to clients. There is a strong focus on individualized treatment, and the team goes above and beyond to create a supportive and therapeutic environment. One thing that stands out is how collaborative the workplace is. Staff across departments communicate well and are aligned around the mission, which makes a big difference in day-to-day operations. Leadership is approachable, open to feedback, and invested in both professional growth and maintaining a healthy work environment. It’s also a place where you feel like your work matters. The impact on clients is tangible, and that makes the job incredibly rewarding. As a growing organization, there are naturally areas that are still evolving, but the team is proactive and committed to continuous improvement. Overall, I would highly recommend Novara to anyone looking to work in a purpose-driven, team-oriented behavioral health setting.
