Nice people in the office, and a really fun team environment. But no other benefits. Nothing. I advise you to stay away, if you do decide to stay with them, have a lot of money saved up before you start working here.
Cons
They lie to you from day one. ABOUT EVERYTHING. Salary, compensation, work hours,... You cant sit in the office at all, even though you are standing all day going from business to business.

Pros
I was able to learn a lot of useful and practical skills that allowed me to transition into the work field. Effective communication and time management skills are just a few of the things I was able to really improve on.
Cons
Having a strong work ethic and being able to maintain a consistent attitude is important and a must at this company.
Team night was a great way to build the team and for employees to get to know each other outside of work. Everyone is assigned to different territories, so you don't see your coworkers throughout the day.
There is a long-term potential for growth if you're okay with doing door to door sales for a year, minimum. I hear the pay scale is great once you get promoted to assistant manager, but I never saw anyone get promoted.
Cons
Long hours, very low payment structure, "managers" lack professionalism, most employees there don't stay longer than a month.
Unfortunately, the potential for growth is based on a pyramid mentality. The more people under you, the faster you get to the top. However, if people continuously leave, you will never get to the top because you have to keep rebuilding the team.
The job description of "management training" is also very vague and does not truly describe the role--B2B sales. Keep in mind that you will not be compensated for gas/mileage. A commission payscale isn't good for everyone. This job is ideal for single, fresh out of college employees with minimal bills.
