      Pros

      People are awesome and friendly! Always there to assist, but there are the one offs (the backstabbers, the Karen's) but they are few are far between. Mgmt is great! They do what they say and promise at least was my experience.

      Cons

      Outdated attendance policy - Tracking every minute and giving half points and whole points. We are adults things come up, Life happens, I don't see anyone giving a manager a point for being late.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
