      Pros

      Location, great coworkers, pay including short dift, weekend pay, bonuses, talented clinicians, easy to use emr, good benefits especially if you stay in the NOVANT network

      Cons

      Micromanagement, strict time and attendance policies, management picks and chooses when to apply specific policies to certain individuals. Frequent "transformation" aka lay offs, eliminating a position then adding more work on other employees without extra compensation

      Pros

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

      Cons

      sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
