      Pros

      worked Monday through Friday no holidays and no weekends. pay increase every year. insurance was ok but not the best. A lot of corporate education available

      Advancement for those that know one another. The hiring process takes a long time. Management does not communicate with the staff as they all are on the same team.

      Pros

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

      Cons

      sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
