Pros
Insurance is pretty good. The yearly bonuses are nice.
Cons
There are WAY too many upper administration positions. It's EXTREMELY top heavy. I've been in healthcare almost 20 years and NEVER worked for an organization with so many AVP, VP, Directors, Managers, Market CEO, then individual facility CEOs. If they didn't have so many people in these positions then they might could afford to hire more front line staff. The staff/patient ratios are TERRIBLE. They consistently preach "we need to cut cost" but continue to pay big money to upper administrators that are unnecessary. Upper administration even gets hefty bonuses if they can come in under budget. Administration is almost sickening with their "give remarkable care" sermons, but staff continue to be overworked and underpaid so it gets hard to be remarkable when they are burnt out. It's also sad that the CEO asked employees to post only positive experiences here on glass door and if we had anything not positive to say to discuss our concerns with HR. However HR doesn't do anything with our concerns.
