Inability to RETAIN employees- employees don't feel VALUED Company doesn't match 401K/403b Most units don't have the option to work other shifts other than 12h 7-7 (i.e. 8h rotating throughout the day based on census) Staffing is based on census rather than acuity (looking at cost of employees and efficiency rather than safety and well-being of employees and patients) Lack of support from management and upper level supervision
