      Hours are great and pto

      Cons

      Often times feel like you're overworked with little pay. AND you have to use your PTO balance for holidays when the office is closed (if you work in a medical office that is only opened M-F). There is no such thing as holiday pay

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
