Pros

I Love the site where I am. The patients are so appreciative and loving, They are what gets me up every day to hit the ground running

Cons

The staff can be challenging at times. No place is perfect. Sometimes the schedule can be hectic, knowing who you are what what you bring to the table outweighs any negative.

Pros

Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

Cons

sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
