I absolutely love working at Novamet. The company has a small company vibe while still being a leader in the industry. This atmosphere has given me numerous opportunities to grow as a professional, allowing me to take on responsibilities beyond the typical sales role. The management is straightforward in their expectations and goes the extra mile to create a personal connection with all employees. The environment here is incredibly friendly, making it a great place to work and grow.

The onboarding process at Novamet can be fast-paced, which might feel overwhelming at first. It can be challenging to absorb all the knowledge regarding the materials while simultaneously getting up to speed on how the company functions.

Relatively stable work. Generally nice coworkers. A reliable paycheck.

Pay is low. Benefits are lacking. A bit of an unimpressive future outlook. It'll likely be around but don't expect any nice upward career path. Poor decision making by the owner and president that drove a bunch of people out a few years ago.
