Okay Experience - Marketing Novalash Employee Review

Lots of meetings and education but overall a great company to work for .

No cons.. you work with great people and good life and work balance.

The small team allowed for everyone to become close and a culture of care was definitely present amongst the team. The product(s) were great and were created to give the industry a technique and product line with health & safety in mind. Lots of product and technique education. The CEO and President would listen personally to each employee and welcomed them.

There is no growth opportunity at this company whatsoever. Roles had no direction in moving into another role so growth was not entirely possible. Training was mostly on product but not actually on strategies or sales tactics, which for sales you cannot claim to be looking to solve for problems but basically only be trying to sell products and techniques that did not fit all customers. There is lack of customer and market research that reflects what the industry is marketing/selling/excelling in and the company appears to be behind its competitors. There was not consistent coaching and it lacked from the Sales Manager. Salespeople had to essentially come up with their own strategies and methods and the Sales Manager was not present except to hold weekly meetings that did not exactly help create confidence and most likely caused more confusion than anything.
